Indulge in a culinary experience in the heart of the Radovljica countryside. The trip begins with a ride on a traditional hay cart to the Dolenc Farm to taste a range of homemade cheeses. The ride then continues to the Demeter Organic and Biodynamic Farm in Vrbnje, where three of Radol’ca’s excellent chefs will tantalise your tastebuds with their gourmet food.
The chefs, who will use local ingredients, are:
- Chef Martin Blejec from Vila Podvin
- Chef Uroš Štefelin from Hiša Linhart
- Chef Gašper Kordež from Restavracija Tabor
We invite you to join in this unique lunch on a farm, where the best Radol’ca masterchefs will ensure an unforgettable experience.
The four-hour culinary programme includes:
- hay cart ride
- tastings and a visit to a local farm along the way
- lunch at an organic farm with Taste Radol’ca chefs (4-course menu featuring the finest traceable ingredients)
- accompanying wines
- practical gift
