Food Tasting: Seafood, chocolate & wine pairing

You will start off with a selection of seafood snacks, pairing that with some equisite Slovenian wine. A dream combination, right? And that’s not all. Mateja, our sommelier master, will tell you some interesting facts about the food that you will be tasting and carefully selected wines from Slovenian wine regions, ranked among the world’s very best.

Last but not least, you’ll become a true chocolate expert. A selection of locally made pralines will lead you through the bean-to-bar journey, combining it with carefuly selected local spirits.
