A local market is arranged in the heart of the old town centre just for your group, where you will socialise with suppliers from the surrounding area. You will have the chance to taste their produce and products, while the chefs from Hiša Linhart will use the ingredients from the market to cook excellent culinary creations. You will also meet artisans who, upon prior arrangement, can host a creative workshop for you.
Programme includes:
- organisation of a local market with up to six suppliers/farmers
- tasting of ingredients from the market (e.g. smoked trout, homemade cold meats, cheese, curd cheese, liqueurs...)
- Tasting of dishes prepared by Uroš Štefelin made using ingredients from the market
- workshop with an artisan (ceramics)
