Take a ride in a hay cart, therefore just like in the past and in a sustainable way, accompanied by a guide, you will travel past fields and across meadows and enjoy exceptional views of the Karavanke mountains and the Julian Alps. Your destination is an organic farm, and along the way you will stop off at a nearby farm or visit a local beekeeper. You will learn from a local producer how and where quality raw ingreidents are produced, and during lunch at the farm you can also taste such ingredients in the finest dishes prepared by one of the Taste Radol’ca chefs. The approach from fork to fork or from the garden to the table has never been closer, and the journey of vegetables to the plate has never been shorter.
