Vurnik's Menu

The Vurnik Tasting Menu was created under the guidance of the acclaimed chef Uroš Štefelin who heads up the restaurant at Vila Podvin. He designed the menu on the basis of memories of the housekeeper who worked for Ivan and Helen Vurnik in Radovljica.

Ivan Vurnik was a famous Slovenian architect who was born in Radovljica in 1884. His wife Helena Kottler Vurnik was an artist and the couple worked closely together. The culinary master Uroš Štefelin has used the couple's favourite dishes to create a contemporary menu.

Vurnik's Menu is available throughout June.
